I’m a personal trainer who has a private training studio. This is a unique and special service as it really puts the ‘personal’ in personal training! I offer 1-1 training as well as couples and small group training!
Our goal is to help as many people as possible - whether your goal is to gain confidence, build muscle, strength, flexibility, mobility, speed or all of the above.. I’ve worked with clients of all demographics, male, female, ages from 12-70 and elite athletes to someone who’s never stepped foot in a gym before. Wherever you’re at in your fitness journey we can help take you to that next level!

My business is 2 fold. I offer people deep physical, mental and spiritual healing through the application of frog medicine, known as kambo.

My business also sells ionizing water machines. It produces antioxidant rich drinking water, as well as various pH waters, between 2.5pH and 11.5pH, all of which can replace multiple cleaning products in your home, but also can be used to treat skin conditions on the surface, among many other things.

After being diagnosed with a anxiety disorder in 2015 and then an autoimmune disorder in 2017, I began a deep physical & mental healing journey that has led me to seek out alternate methods of healing, as Western medicine was very limited in what it could do to help me heal, it masked my symptoms rather than eliminate them. As a result, I have developed a deep passion for helping others heal so that they too can shrug off the identity of their diagnosis, and live a full, meaningful life, whatever that means to them.
